Muss Blanco White wine

Excellent White Wine from Madrid. Maceration in contact with the skins at a temperature of 5-7 ° C for 4 hours prior to fermentation. Fermentation temperature between 14 and 16 ° C. Aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks after fermentation.

Pale yellow color with light greenish reflections, medium-high intensity and clean and bright appearance, with dense tears.

Fresh Wine, medium-high intensity, with aromas of white fruit and light hints of orange blossom and basil.

Good attack, voluminous and with a creamy and persistent sensation. Good acidity, with hints of citrus and loquat.
