Rayos Uva Red wine

Young red with aging made by the French winemaker and winemaker Olivier Rivière.

Elaborated blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha and a little Graciano. It is a young wine raised on its lees in stainless steel tanks and foudre.

Cherry red color with violet reflections. On the nose it has a good aromatic intensity of red fruit combined with floral and mineral notes. In the mouth, a powerful and tasty attack, with a smooth and enveloping mid palate, leaves fruity and floral sensations. Good acidity with well integrated tannins.

Sausages, cheeses, meats and spoon dishes. Very fruity, tasty and fine in the mouth.
