Rayos Uva Red wine

Rayos Uva is a young red wine aged by the French winemaker and winemaker Olivier Rivière.

Elaborated coupage of Tempranillo, Grenache and a little Graciano. It is a young wine aged on its lees in stainless steel tanks and foudre.

Pickaxe red colour with violet reflections. On the nose it has a good aromatic intensity of red fruit combined with floral and mineral notes. On the palate, a powerful and tasty entry, unctuous and enveloping, leaves fruity and floral sensations. Good acidity with well integrated tannins.

Sausages, cheeses, meats and spoon dishes. Very fruity, tasty and fine on the palate.
