Olivares Dulce Monastrell Red wine

A deep color rojo-guinda red, with Garnet and red tones. Complex on the nose, aromas of figs, dates and ripe fruit are perceived with intensity and freshness. On the palate is powerful and greedy, with repetitive hints of black fruits, framed by a balanced acidity. Long and persistent finish.

Combines perfectly with all kinds of desserts, especially those made with chocolate, and, by contrast, with blue and cured cheeses.
