To elaborate 8 .0.1. Limited Edition each variety vinifies separately. For 30 days, fermentation and maceration are carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled and constant temperature of 28-30ºC. Malolactic fermentations are carried out in American oak barrels and a brief aging of 4 months.
When the winemaking is finished, each variety and add rests in stainless steel tanks. When the 3 vintages are ready, the final coupage is made to make an aging of 12 months in American oak barrels.
In sight it has an intense cherry red color, well covered, with maroon edges and violet tones. On the nose it offers elegant and intense aromas of ripe and spicy fruits, roasted on a balsamic background.
In the mouth it is structured, tasty and powerful, with fine tannins, soft and balanced. Wide in the passage in mouth, with an elegant finish.
