Traditional elaboration with 100% destemmed grapes, with alcoholic fermentation at a moderate temperature (26ºC) with post-fermentation maceration depending on the anthocyanotanin ratio. 25% of the newly finished wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Its aging is 14 months in new French oak (25%) and American (75%) of one year. The refinement in the bottle is a minimum of 12 months.
Cherry color with a violet rim
Very intense and complex nose with milky and mineral notes on a background of wild black fruit jam (blueberries and blackberries) combined with elegant spicy notes of black pepper and cloves, with slight hints of Roasted and toffee caramels
On the palate it is balanced and round, powerful but with a velvety and well integrated mid palate that ends in volume and fat, with a spicy and mineral aftertaste.
