Cheese PICÓN DON basin.

Made in a completely handmade with pure pasteurized sheep milk, lard-cured and seasoned with natural spices: rosemary, thyme, aromatic herbs from the mount and brandy.

Minimum curing of 7 months, intense flavor and a sturdy texture on the palate.

Its characteristic taste is due to the layer overlying flavoured lard.

Is presented by media cheeses with a weight of 1, 5Kg vacuum packed.
