The harvest is manual and a selection of grapes is made on the plot. The grapes are destemmed and subjected to a gentle pressing obtaining a low must yield, after a slight de-settling spontaneously ferments in a steel tank and remains on fine lees for 3 months.
Zarate Albariño is a fresh, balanced and elegant wine, in which the primary aromas of the Albariño variety stand out. In the mouth it shows a vibrant acidity and on the nose the fruity notes and a mineral background.
