Lolo Albariño White wine

Fermented in stainless steel tanks between 16 and 18ºC for 21 days.

Visual phase: Straw yellow with greenish and intense edges. Clean and bright.

Olfactory phase: Medium-high intensity, green apple and lemon peel stand out. Hints of stone fruit (white plum).

Gustatory phase: In the mouth it is fresh, where citrus fruits are repeated and there is a reminder of aromatic herbs. Elegant final bitterness.

Ideal with all kinds of fish and seafood, oriental and vegetarian cuisine.
