Vinea Verdejo White wine

Preparation: After the selection of the grapes of the Verdejo variety in the vineyard, the grapes were destemmed for a film maceration for 12 hours. After this maceration, only the must flower was separated to be settling. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, slowly at 17 oC temperature, so that the aromas can develop their full potential. Subsequently the wine remained with its lees performing frequent batonages, until it was bottled. Ideal to accompany seafood, fish paellas, poultry and pastas with seafood. It is also superb as an appetizer accompanied by cabar cheese or spicy food.
