Made with Merlot grapes from our El Ariño payment, after intense maceration and fermentation, the wine ages for ten months in French oak barrels from the Allier forest.

Dark maroon, aromas of ripe red fruit, cocoa, leather, earth and roasted. It is slender, rich in nuances and complex.

Ideal to accompany roasts, red meats and game.
