Viña Lanciano Red wine

Elaboration: From a selection of vines over 30 years old, selected from our Viña Lanciano farm, harvested manually and later picked at selection tables in the winery. Lower yields of 4,200 kg \/ ha. Fermented in small stainless steel frustoconical tanks with long macerations and continuous overpumps to achieve good color extraction. Aging: For 6 months in Russian oak barrels from the Caucasus and 12 months in Allier French oak barrels. Refined in bottle for 18 months.

Bright cherry red very covered. Intense aromas of black and red fruit with balsamic and spicy notes, with mineral nuances in the background. Broad and meaty in the mouth.

Stews, spicy dishes, carpaccios of meat, smoked and cured cheeses.
