Vilarnau Vintage Cava

In a Gran Reserva cava, the tertiary aromas obtained with prolonged aging are sought. Thanks to autolysis, the yeast disintegrates and provides all its characteristics, aromas and properties during the 36 months of aging. But we also seek to maintain the raw aromas of the grapes from which it comes, since a Gran Reserva cava with only tertiary aromas lacks liveliness.

It is a cava with body so we could accompany it with white meats, poultry or fish in sauce. It also harmonizes perfectly with dishes with mushrooms.
