Venus Vino ecológico

Venus is a wine with a Montsant designation of origin and made with Carignan, Grenache and Syrah grapes. The grapes are harvested by parcel, selected, destemmed and vinified separately. It is fermented with native yeast, with slight sizzling during fermentation and maceration lasting between 28 and 32 days. The Cariñenas are vinified in open 500-litre barrels to separate the plots. Venus is bred partly in 1 or 2 year old vintage barrels and partly in 4,000L wooden vats.

Pickaxe colour with purple trim. Aromas of ripe fruit, with spicy notes and fine leather on a complex mineral background. On the palate, it has a medium body, expressive, fresh, with a good fruity and balanced load.

Red and white meats or any meaty fish.
