Vardon Kennett Esplendor Red wine

Vardon Kennett Esplendor is a sparkling wine, extra brut, made with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Xarel·lo from its own vineyards located on the estate of Santa María de Agulladolç, at 500 meters of altitude.

After the harvest, it carries out the alcoholic fermentation with native yeasts. Depending on the vintage, and depending on the acidity, it performs malolactic fermentation. Following the traditional method, it is aged in the bottle for a minimum of 30 months.

Straw yellow color in glass stop with golden flashes, tremendously bright and clean. In the perfect view, fine bubble and very present.

A nose in which, with great intensity, we are shown fruity aromas, fresh, delicate, very personal citrus contributions. Red fruit, sweet, bakery. The aging appears as soon as the glass is aerated, with touches of pastry, brioche, and a mineral background very much from the terroir of the Penedès.

The mouth is of a complex wine, with a fresh entrance, an enveloping step, sweet, elegant, with a good acidity that gives it a great persistence. A somewhat brusque attack, the bubble hits hard. Typicity of the area undoubtedly as the end that also left us on the nose.
