Valle del Botijas Red wine

Valle del Botijas is a red wine, with a blend of Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in Bordeaux barrel of medium-roasted French oak for 14 months.

It has a bright, clean ruby color, meniscus with violet reflections of memories of youth still present, and a high layer. With a slow tear that stains the glass.

On the nose again those violets, this time more ripe, touches of black pepper, ripe berries, liqueur, roasted.

We ended up with a few soft lactic touches, blood, meat and ink notes.
