uAN Jesus winemaker, has been able to exploit the potential of the terroir and the most sincere expression of our landscape. The harvest was carried out during the first week of October, carrying out a pre-fermentation cold maceration and a unique spontaneous fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in French oak barrels, where aged for 6 months and another 6 months in 225 litre American oak barrels.
APPEARANCE: red cherry intense-intensive and bright.
NOSE: fruity character balanced with balsamic, thyme, behind a cedar background. Blueberries and wild blackberries with undertones of vanilla and cinnamon.
PALATE: powerful to fine great balance between fruit and oak leaves an intense and persistent aftertaste which appears in coverage of cocoa banana and strawberry.
Combines excellently with tapas, meats, stews, vegetables, and typical dishes of the country.
