Elaboration: The best plots of the community of Madrid are selected grapes more indicated for the door of the raising Sun one of the most personal and elegant Madrid wines.

These selected grapes are harvested by hand in hours cooler day (dawn and dusk), and they are transported to the winery in 20 Kg boxes for to respect the quality of the grapes. Fermentation and maceration of 25 days with two daily overpumping. Once the alcoholic fermentation, the wine makes the malolactic fermentation, so important in the red wines of quality.
Ageing: the wine is transferred to oak barrels of 225 l. without any treatment (unclear). Its ageing combine two types of oak: French and American in order to obtain the best qualities of the two and increase the complexity of the wines. Their permanence in the barrel is 13 months, during which, the wine acquires elegance and personality, very appropriate to define this Puerta del Sol qualifiers.
