Ageing: 12 months in French oak 225 l, from different forests. At the end of breeding were 46 different wines, depending on the origin of the grape and the type of barrel. This wine is the end of all blend.

Visual phase: presents a color cherry pillory with violet intense Garnet.

Nose: nose is complex, highlighting great maturity of berries in an initial phase, then turning to light hints of violets and many menthol and balsamic notes with toasted undertones of wood (cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper and something of) vanilla).

Palate: in mouth is soft and sweet, tasty and well structured, very fruity, with sensations of red fruit (currants), we toasted and noble aromatic Woods (cedro), excellent soft and mature tannins. Very long and complex, with plenty of life ahead.

Meats grilled, game dishes, cheeses, red meats, roasts, stews.
