Winemaking: Fermentation of the Destemmed grapes without squeezing temperature-controlled smart deposits. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, followed by aged for 20 months in French and American oak barrels. Natural stabilisation of the wine during the ageing process in barrels. Bottled without filtering to respect all the qualities of the wine.
Of appearance clean and bright, and color red cherry intense with purple garnets. Intense, Frank and complex aroma to fruit ripe, raisins and plums black, assembled with notes of mint fresh and spices as pepper black, Walnut nutmeg and cinnamon, with a surround background of toffee, wood of cedar and licorice. In mouth it is friendly, velvety, unctuous and voluminous, very polished and mature tannins. It is structured, satiny and round. With good travel and persistence. Retronsal to ripe fruit and spices.
