Clarett Pardevalles Rosado

Prieto Picudo grape is a variety of unique in the world and cultivated only in the southern part of León. Simultaneously maintains a high content of sugar, acidity and colour\/tannins, being in all likelihood grape ink Spanish with a higher concentration at the same time of these three critical components.

Grape white Albarin, minority and exclusive variety of León and Asturias, early maturing and high graduations gives rise to very aromatic, unctuous wines and remarkable body.

Pink fruity, light and elegant. Vintage mechanical night. Fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats. Pale pink with purple reflections. In the nose an elegant aroma is fresh fruit, emphasizing plants and herbaceous notes the albarin is joining with the red fruits of the Prieto Picudo bringing complexity to the whole. In mouth it is fresh, acid, fruity, light and with a tasty and persistent palate. Good balance.

Accompanies fish, pasta, seafood and not spicy rice.
