Taberner Nº 1 Red wine

Wine of exquisite complexity, subtlety and finesse, which reminds us that it is halfway between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean. The grapes with which they are made come from our own vineyard and are harvested manually. In the cellar, bunches and berries are selected. The fermentation takes place in wooden vats and pumps are not used for pumping, to extract the color it is dipped every two hours for 15 days. This wine has not been subjected to any filtration method. 14 months, in French oak.

Its color is intense violet and dark with blood red iridescence. On the nose it delights us with an amplitude of aromas, from eucalyptus, mocha and balsamic notes to intrinsic mineral expressions. The palate is unctuous and tempting, with a rich blend of berries and refreshing acidity that achieve a pure red wine, opulent and splendidly balanced.
