Señorío de Nava Verdejo White wine
Señorío de Nava Verdejo is a white wine with the Rueda designation of origin and made with Verdejo grapes. Its manual harvest is destemmed and squeezed as received in the winery. Bleeding of the must occurs after cold maceration with the skins for six hours. After sludging, alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature below 18ºC. It is then clarified and filtered, bottled and released to the market.
Pale yellow with greenish tones. On the nose it has aromas of tropical fruits and green apple that denote the variety of verdejo. On the palate it is varietal, enveloping, friendly, mouth-watering, fresh, broad and captivating.
Ideal to accompany appetizers and starters as well as seafood, white meats, fish, pasta, rice and Asian food.
