Señorío de Nava Verdejo Magnum White wine

Manual harvesting. A destemming-crushing is carried out as they are received in the cellar. Bleeding of the wort occurs after a cold maceration with the skins for six hours. After defanging, alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature below 18ºC. It is then clarified and filtered, bottled and released to the market.

Pale yellow color with greenish tones. On the nose it has aromas of tropical fruits and green apple that denote the variety of Verdejo. In the mouth it is varietal, enveloping, friendly, with palate, fresh, wide and captivating.

Ideal to accompany in appetizers and starters as well as seafood, white meats, fish, pasta, rice and Asian food.
