Señorío de Nava Red wine

The grapes come from vineyards in Gumiel de Mercado (Burgos) and for their production a selection is made in the vineyard of the best bunches of each vine. Señorío de Nava Reserva is aged in American and French oak barrels for between 18-24 months. After bottling, it finishes its evolution and refinement by resting for 12 more months in the bottle before being released to the market.

High garnet-colored wine. On the nose it has a predominance of ripe red fruit, spicy notes, hints of tobacco leaf. On the palate it is a deep wine with velvety tannins that gives it elegance and complexity.

Smooth wine, light dishes. Pasta with béchamel sauce and cheese, quiche lorraine, stewed beef round.
