El Ciruelo Red wine

Made with grapes from the plum plot, a vineyard of just 0.75 ha, located at 500-550 meters altitude and with Northern exposure, whose name is given by a century-old plum that coexisted with the vineyard. It is almost a single listán negro (97%), strains of over 90 years, ungrafted, with a small percentage of listan blanco variety. Ageing: 11 months with his own Lees in neutral French oak of 500 liters.

Dark Cherry, Garnet edge. Aroma intense, ripe fruit, dried herbs, ore. In the mouth it is tasty, good acidity, round tannins.

Ideal to take only or with simple dishes that do not remove protagonism to the wine. It could be taken with fish.
