Sei Solo Red wine
Sei Solo , a wine with the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin, comes exclusively from very old Tempranillo vines, with very low yields, located in La Horra. Fermenting each plot separately in small stainless steel tanks and carrying out malolactic fermentation in second-year used French barrels. They are aged for between 17 and 20 months in 600-litre fudres, of which a low percentage are new. SEI ALONE is not produced every year, only in selected vintages.
Vista: It has an intense red color with violet reflections.
Nose: On the nose, Sei Solo is a red wine with a powerful aroma of ripe red fruit in which spicy memories are intermingled.
Mouth: It has a large volume in the mouth, fleshy and very long, with an elegant aftertaste that lasts on the palate long after taking it.
Stews and stews of meat, as well as all kinds of grilled and roasted red meats.
