For 7 days, the wine macerates with the skins before the fermentation that will last 10 days, and then it is left to rest on their skins for 5 more days. The wine is shipped in new French Nevers oak barrels for 24 months before bottling.
Dark ruby in color, on the nose it has a great expression of black fruits and spicy notes. Great balance in the mouth. The finish is long and silky.
