Palomino

a bright straw-yellow to a pale gold wine. Sharp and delicate aromas with light almond memories and notes of fresh bread dough and herbs of the field. The palate is very dry, delicate and light. In the aftertaste again almond memories, leaving a pleasant sensation of freshness.

Ideal for an aperitif and wine for all types of tapas, especially olives, nuts and ham. Ideal accompaniment to seafood and fish, especially those with a marked taste salt (anchovies) and raw (sashimi). Low content in acetic acid, combines exceptionally with dishes of prominent acidity (salads with vinaigrette, marinades, etc.) as well as cold soups (gazpacho, garlic white...).
