Ruberte Garnacha Selección Red wine

The harvest takes place in the third week of September. Once the grapes are harvested, it undergoes a cold maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Aging takes place in French and American oak barrels for 7 months. Cherry red colour, violet tones and good tears. Explosion of ripe fruit, blackberry, blueberries and some mineral tone of the terroir. In the mouth it is soft and round, with good acidity and rich in tannins. Ideal to accompany game, roasts, red meats, cheeses and stews.
