Rejadorada Red wine

Rejadorada Roble is a red wine with a Toro designation of origin. Manual harvesting and selection of grapes in the winery, optimal control of the aromatic and polyphenolic extraction process. Temperature-controlled fermentation for 20 days. Aged for 6 months in American and French oak barrels.

Intense violet-red color, aromas of red and wild fruits linked with sweet and spicy vanilla tones, along with toasted notes. In the mouth, a perfect balance between fruit and wood that allows you to enjoy the varietal intensity typical of Tinta de Toro, combined with frank and balanced aromas of oak barrels.

The balance of this wine makes it pair perfectly with red meats and sausages, as well as pasta dishes.
