Portia Selección de Familia Red wine

Controlled fermentation at 27 ºC. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels.

Clean, bright, intense cherry red, purple sparkles. Intense and sweet bouquet. Aromas of berries. Vanilla and light toast. Powerful, elegant tannin and good acidity. Long finish with sweet and toasted notes.

It's easy to pair with any type of meat. Grilled mushrooms. Some fish that are very flavorful or fatty, such as tuna or cod. Emmental or Gruyere cheeses. Good with mushroom rice.
