Ramón Bilbao Viñedos de Altura Red wine

Only a few old vineyards of areas at higher altitudes in villalba de rioja and tudelilla, are chosen for this wine Pirouette. Fruit, elegance and aromatic sophistication and produces age-worthy wines, that gain in complexity with the passage of time.

Purplish cherry well covered. Nose the first attack is fruity, with characteristic of the Garnacha more floral notes but with a background typical of the tempranillo. Live black fruit with red candy with the Balsamic and mineral. In mouth it is fresh and sweet with sensations of raspberries, whipped cream and cocoa, but at the same time velvety, harmonic and with long finish.

Very versatile with different dishes, but highlights its perfect combination with very spicy and seasoned meats of oriental-style (Thai). Also perfect with more classic dishes such as the Galician beef chop, and the intense cold meats (jerky). Recommended with corpulent but creamy cheese (Stilton).
