Quintaluna de Ossian White wine

Quintaluna de Ossian is a young wine that is made exclusively with Verdejo from the province of Segovia. 60% is a very old grape, pre-phylloxera on ungrafted standing and 40% is a young one, on trellises, grown with organic certification and low yield. Plots with high sand content and pebbles of different sizes dominate. Some have higher proportions of clay and others important proportions of clay and limestone.
