Quinta Sardonia Organic wine

Quinta Sardonia is a wine with designation of origin Castilla y León, made with Temporanillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Malbec grapes. The 20-month ageing was done 29% in new French oak barrels and the rest in wine barrels, always combining 225 and 600 litre barrels.

The estate is made up of 11 different soils of calcareous origin and is located on the southern slope of the Douro River, at an altitude of between 760 and 830 metres.

Dark cherry color. Aroma of pleasant complexity and aromatic richness. On the palate it is balanced, silky, pleasant and fluid
