Quinta Sardonia QS 2 Red wine

Quinta Sardonia QS 2 comes from a recent small winery on the border of Ribera del Duero that has preferred to qualify itself within the category of Wines of the Land. Winemaker Peter Sisseck, responsible for the successes obtained with Hacienda Monasterio and Dominio de Pingus, has been at the helm of this new wine that will surprise.

Cherry red with a medium layer with a violet edge. Nose: Intense, first sensation of fresh red fruit, blackberries and cherries. It also reveals notes of liquorice and hints of nuts. Fresh and jovial in its attack on the palate, with well-rounded and fleshy red fruit. Sweet in the centre of the mouth and firm, velvety tannins.
