Primicia Garnatxa Blanca White wine

To develop first Garnacha Blanca fermented in barrel select grapes with varying degrees of maturation from vineyards of an average age of 20 years with a production by strain around 3 kg.

Grape is selected in Winery that after Destemming and crushing is subjected to a soaking for a few hours in stainless steel tanks. When it is in the final phase of the alcoholic fermentation is traded to barrel where will end it... For some months the Lees will work to give roundness and volume until it was bottled.

Presents a good aromatic complexity fruit, citrus fruits and fine notes of wood. White wine with volume and enough acidity to leaving a lasting aftertaste
