Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 25º and 28º with a maceration period of 10 days

Microoxygenation after alcoholic fermentation

Spontaneous malolactic fermentation with native bacteria

Aged in oak barrels European and American wine for at least 3 months

10% of the wine matures in centuries-old clay jars

Appearance: Purple-red with Nazarene rims.

Nose: Fresh notes of red and black fruits, such as blackberries and cherries, and balsamic notes of vanilla.

Palate: Balanced, with soft and pleasant tannins. Round and fatty wine. Interesting blend of spicy touches with berries in the aftertaste.
