Piérola

Piérola Crianza is a wine with Rioja designation of origin and made with Tempranillo grapes. Aged for 12 months in American barrels and 6 months in French barrels.

Intense cherry color, well covered. The aroma on the nose is powerful, with good intensity of aromas from ripe red forest fruit (blackberry) with notes of cedar and vanilla. Very well assembled. On the palate it is serious in the encounter, fleshy and balanced, with a good passage of compote fruit and integrated in toasted woods and noble tannins. Powerful, long aftertaste with personality.

It is recommended to pair it with grilled red meats, feather and fur game, cured acorn-fed ham and cured cheeses.
