Paredinas Red wine

Paredinas is an estate wine that comes from an ancient and unique vineyard called PAREDINAS, planted in 1927 on a terrain on a hillside, with a deep and poor soil in which the vines reach a perfect balance with their growing environment.

Its elaboration totally respectful of the grape, with a stay on its lees of 24 months in extra-fine French oak barrels and followed by a refining in the bottle of 12 months, give it exceptional sensory characteristics.

Accompany light starters, soft seafood, or fresh goat cheeses.
