The union of the care in the work of viticulture and the implementation of new techniques in the production, such as the maceration of the cold grape or the aging on its lees, give this wine a special and differentiating character. Prefermentative film maceration. 8 – 10 hours. 10 -12 oC. Alcoholic fermentation: Duration 15 days. Temperature: 15-18oC. Breeding on your own lees. 4 months. Method: Batonage. Golden yellow with greenish flashes. Medium tear. Very varietal on the nose, with floral freshness, notes of white fruit and a small touch of raisins and lime.
