Pagos de Anguix - Barrueco Red wine

At the Pagos de Anguix property, located more than 850 meters above sea level, right in the heart of the Ribera de Duero, this magnificent wine made exclusively with the Tempranillo variety is born. Patience and wisdom are enough to make this noble varietal express the true wealth of this unique land.

Wine of an intense and bright red colour in which the purple nuances characteristic of its youth can still be distinguished. Its aroma is already initially very complex and intense.

Clear notes of toasted almonds and hazelnuts surround a deep background of red fruits. Little by little, as it opens, memories of vanilla, coffee, cocoa and reminiscences of cedar, tobacco leaves and cocoa appear. On the palate, it shows a deep tannic structure offset by a good mineral acidity that gives it great freshness.

Its velvety texture and great greasiness caress the palate, filling it with pleasant sensations. Its long finish says goodbye, leaving us with great fruitiness and clear spicy notes.
