Pago del Vicario Petit Verdot Rosado Rose wine

Cherry red colour, more in the line of a young red to pinkish. Nose of good intensity with aromas of caramel candy, strawberry, red fruit in compote, notes slightly mineral but present and some toast. It has a quite attractive nose dominated by the goodies and red fruit. In the mouth has a sweet entry, with hints of red fruits in liquor, and leaves a dry, astringent sensation and a slightly bitter finish. Via retronasal appear greenish, vegetables, and undergrowth notes.

Complex salads, pasta with meat sauce, pasta with fish sauce, rice, meat, vegetables, white meat and grilled lamb.
