Pago de los Capellanes Doroteo is a mature and fresh wine, a paradox that only the oldest and most well-managed vineyards can resolve. After a harvest selected grape by grape, the slow production process achieves the maximum expression of the grape. Aged for 27 months in French oak barrels, which allows for an elegant and powerful wine at the same time. An exponent of classicism and long life, in which beats our particular history, set in the landscape of this privileged area of the Ribera.
