Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and 14 months in bottle.
Red ripe cherry layer medium high with red edging and Garnet. Red fruit aromas of high intensity and ripe black with any notes of red fruit acid, species such as pepper and vanilla of the marked ageing of notes. Mouth acidity medium long with light body and medium tannins. Via retronasal capture ripe red and black fruit, pepper and persistent sensations of parenting reminiscent of dark chocolate.
