Núa Red wine

Aged for 12 months in new French and American oak barrels, followed by a further 12 months of maturation in the bottle.

Pickaxe red color, garnet-like edge, medium layer, clean, acceptable teardrop.

On the nose with good intensity of aromas of very ripe red fruit, notes of toast, nuts, some dairy and spices that gain over time.

In the mouth it has a good body, highlights the presence of very ripe red fruit, maintains a correct acidity, toasted, roasted and already ripe and integrated tannins, spices; very balanced. Good persistence.

Madrid stew, lamb chops or a grilled entrecote.
