COLOR: Bright straw yellow color with greenish flashes.

AROMA: Very elegant and intense nose; The notes of ripe apricot, white flowers and some pear stand out, surrounded by a suggestive salinity.

MOUTH: It shows wide and fresh, intensity of stone fruit notes. Unctuousness, sucrosity of the lees work and a great fruity reminder of the variety. Long aftertaste with a pleasant salty sensation that envelops everything.
