Monteabellón Red wine

From the vineyards located at higher altitudes with sandy loam soils with clay and limestone content, we make Monteabellón Roble. This soil provides us with a grape with characteristics that are conducive to obtaining a wine with perfect structure.

Intense cherry color, garnet edge. Intense aroma of candied fruit, sweet spices perfectly integrated with a quality wood that makes it elegant. Very tasty on the palate, powerful and fruity, with ripe tannins.

Aging: 14 months in barrels. 70% French oak and 30% American oak.

Recommended for all types of meats and roasts. Especially for grilled meats and stews. It is also excellent with cured cheeses.
