Torre de Oña Red wine
Elaboration: Harvested manually in boxes of 20 kg. and vinification of parcels separately. 100% Grape performs pre-fermentation maceration at cold. Malolactic fermentation in barrels of 80% of the wine in new oak (French and American) to provide stability of color and fresh and fruity aromas.
Parenting: 20 months exclusively in casks of French oak (40% new and 35% of two wines) and the Caucasus new (25%) to grant greater preponderance to the fruity aromas. Three racking craft.
Cherry Red, with Garnet rim, middle high, bright and clean layer. Intense on the nose, very fruity, with aromas of undergrowth fruits, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries and notes toast of bakery, mocha, tobacco and Lebanese cedar. In the mouth it is balanced and presents a pleasant acidity, firm and polished tannins.
A wine that goes with any type of casseroles and stews: cheeks, meats with spicy sauces, semi-cured cheese.
