Marqués de Murrieta Capellanía White wine
Marqués de Murrieta Capellanía is a white wine with a red soul, the result of the extraordinary quality of selected grapes from the Pago Capellanía. The viura, a white variety with which it is made, comes from Pago Capellanía, of only 6 hectares and located in the highest area of the Ygay Estate. Thanks to the altitude, the high quality of its calcareous soils and the low yields of vineyards over 70 years old, the variety reaches its maximum potential. The wine is aged for 22 months in 225-litre French Allier oak barrels and 7 months in a concrete tank.
Really expressive and with a lot of character on the nose; the aromas of ripe white fruit, fine pastries, fennel, laurel and cedar are assembled in a seductive combination. Structured and with nerve in the mouth, fine, with a long route and a persistent finish. It will continue to grow.
Vieira grillé-oven with blossoming egg, smoked potato and white truffle. Steamed and roasted viceroy with its collagen and roasted prawn and leek royal; Bresse pularda in rulo three cooks with chestnuts and kumquat mandarin; caramelized eel with butter cream, sour apple and thin sheets of foie gras.
