Monasterio de Corias Tinto Red wine

The Albarín Negro, Mencía, Verdejo Negro and Carrasquín varieties, assembled in the Corias Tinto Monastery, are harvested by hand, in high mountain vineyards, at their optimum point of ripeness.

The careful vinification and its stay for eight months in excellent oak barrels give it its characteristic body and aroma, a product of the earth and the hands that see it being born.

Bright cherry not very topped. Powerful aroma of wild red fruits, macerated skins, spicy bottom of aging, somewhat creamy (lactic) and moist soil. On the palate, fresh, tasty, ripe and sweet fruit, mineral.
